Multi-turn actuator TM-SERIES can be applied directly to multi-valve valves such as globe, gate valve, etc. or combined with reducer to apply to 90˚ rotation valve such as damper, ball and butterfly valve. The TM-SERIES are easy to disassemble and assemble, making it easy to inspect and replace parts.
There are TM-01/04/07/1/3/6/12 models according to the output torque, and motors are available for use in three-phase power supply with 220V single phase and 220V ~ 460V range.
All joints are double enclosed using V-rings and O-rings and have sufficient FLAME PATH according to IEC standards to ensure complete protection against dust, flooding and explosion.

TQ-SERIES
TQ-SERIES actuator for 90˚ rotation is designed to be used for ball, butterfly, plug valve and damper by 90˚ rotation. It is light and resistant to corrosion by adopting hard anodized aluminum alloy enclosure. IP-68 (IEC-60529 standard, 72 hours at 8m water depth) rating is guaranteed with double sealing structure of V packing + gasket.
IEC standards to ensure the flame passage, is protected from explosion.
By adopting a reversible magnetic contactor (magnetic contactor) equipped with a mechanical interlock structure, the safety of normal and reverse operation of the motor is enhanced. Economical concentration management of multiple actuators is possible by adopting the 2-wire control FieldBus communication system.

It has already been delivered to Korea’s Kori Nuclear Power Plant and other nuclear power plants and is operated in a stable manner.
